The device is controlled via a touch screen and each pasteurization event is stored in the device’s memory, from which the data can be transferred to a computer. A temperature sensor installed in the reference bottle precisely controls heating and cooling in all program stages. Sufficient heating capacity speeds up the heating of the milk. At the end of pasteurization, the milk is cooled quickly. During the process, the temperature can be monitored on the device’s display. This larger model is designed to handle up to 70 litres of water at a time, making it ideal for draining floor washing machines. For use, the basin is equipped with a filter opening on top, where the water is directed. The basin is equipped with a removable sediment tray and a cam trap, which ensures that sand and other matter do not enter the drainage system. The removable strainer and sediment trap are located under the top cover, making the pool easy to empty for easy maintenance and cleaning.
